Is this for a door or a window?
This model is a door curtain. It fixes around a doorway and opens along a magnetic centre seam. It is not a decorative window curtain on a pole.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your intended fixing area around the full frame, from side to side and from the top fixing position to the floor. Compare width × height with the ten sizes in our fitting guide.
Does fitting require drilling?
The supplied system uses adhesive hook-and-loop strip and fastening accessories. Pushpins are also supplied and may leave marks. Whether adhesive alone is suitable depends on your frame and surface.
How does the magnetic opening work?
Part the centre seam to pass through. Magnets along the meeting edges bring the panels back together when they settle. Correct positioning and a level fit help the seam meet.
Will it reduce my heating bill?
It adds a physical layer across a doorway. We do not promise a particular temperature increase or bill saving; results depend on fit, ventilation, the building and how the doorway is used.
What is in the box?
One quilted magnetic door curtain, adhesive hook-and-loop strip and fastening accessories including pushpins. The SnugMag packaging shown represents the approved branded presentation.
How long is UK delivery?

Can I return it?

Can I wash or cut the curtain?
Follow the care label supplied with the finished product. Do not cut through the panels or magnetic seam. Washing instructions will be confirmed with the supplier before launch.
Is it safe for every entrance?
Use it only where it will not obstruct ventilation, safe access or an escape route. It is not a security door, a certified fire barrier or a substitute for repairs to the door.
